Wheatbelt & Beyond Youth Mentoring – Christmas Raffle- Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this raffle is Wheatbelt & Beyond Youth Mentoring (WBYM), a not-for-profit organisation supporting young people in regional, rural and remote Western Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or older at the time of purchase.

3. Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

  • Ticket sales open on 6th December and close at 20th December 6.30pm, unless sold out earlier.

  • Payment must be received for tickets to be valid.

4. Pricing & Allocation

  • Tickets will be sold for $5 or 3 for $10.

  • Each ticket purchased is assigned a unique number.

  • Ticket numbers are allocated in the order that purchases are received.

5. The Draw

  • The raffle will be drawn on 20th December, drawn electronically.

  • The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently by an authorised representative of WBYM.

  • Winners will be selected at random.

  • The results of the draw will be published on WBYM’s Facebook and Instagram pages and winners will be notified directly by phone and/or email.

6. Prizes

  • The list of prizes is available on our website and promotional materials.

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.

  • WBYM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

7. Claiming Prizes

  • Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified.

  • If a prize is not claimed within the specified timeframe, WBYM may redraw or otherwise allocate the prize as permitted by relevant raffle regulations.

8. Liability

  • WBYM accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected communications.

  • To the extent permitted by law, WBYM is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using any prize.

9. Privacy

  • By purchasing a ticket, entrants consent to WBYM contacting them regarding the raffle.

10. Permits & Compliance

  • This raffle is conducted in accordance with relevant Western Australian laws and regulations.

11. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
